This is my fourth year at Hannan and my 23rd year of teaching, all in Muscogee County.  Before coming to Hannan I taught at Mathews Elementary for two years and Midland Academy for 17 years.  I taught 4th grade for seven of those years and have been in 5th grade ever since.  I began teaching becasue I love children and that is one thing that has not changed over the years.  I love spending my day with them and seeing them grow so much from August to May.

My family consists of my fiance and our blended families.  I am also an animal lover.  We have three dogs, two  cats, and a multitude of granddogs and grandcats.  Our weekly family dinner nights, when everyone comes home, is one wild and crazy time.
